9th Annual Kitty Hawk Kites/Carolina Outdoors Ocean Games: August 9th, this family beach fun day starts with a 5K kayak race on the Atlantic. Kayak demos, and stunt kite lessons will be available all day as well. The Sandcastle building contest will begin at 1 p.m. with the best sandcastle builders competing for prizes!
