Owner Self Promotion (OSP)

Still in development, OSP is the newest addition to our OwnerNet family. OSP delivers state-of-the art print/publish tools, to property owners who want to extend their marketing reach. OSP allows owners to easily create postcards, business cards, flyers and special announcements through the web. All materials include a high resolution photo of the owner's property, as well as the ability to customize text. Custom templates can be created by Visual Data Systems to add the creative design. Materials are saved to .pdf and are print ready!

OwnerNet™ Multi-Property Login

Visual Data Services had added the ability for owners who have multiple properties, to view all properties through one universal login in OwnerNet. Easily connect to reports, calendars, works orders and financial statements by selecting the property on the main navigation.

Vacation Package Manager

Our newest Xtensus™ Travel product, Vacation Package Manager allows companies to easily organize vacation packages for almost any type of outing. Completely managed by the customer, this new product extends functionality to keep offerings up to date and dynamic. Add itineraries, rates, specials and more!

• Multiple Categories (golf, fishing, spa etc)
• Ability to establish rates
• Ability to add edit package descriptions yourself
• Ability to create unlimited packages at no additional costs
• Packages can be marked as either active or inactive (inactive will not show up on the site)
• Pages for packages are dynamically created

Premium Promotion Online Reporting

To participants in Visual Data's Premium Promotion Service, we have good news: you will soon be able to view your monthly Premium Promotion reports online! The programmers and designers at Visual Data Systems have been working diligently to create a database and website that incorporates monthly web positions, traffic analysis, and pay-per-click services data all in one place. It will allow you access to this information in a more timely fashion and you will easily be able to compare month to month and year to year data! Five clients are in beta this month, and we hope to have the service available to the rest of the participants in September.

New Log Analysis Software: Visitour

We are also making the transition from WebTrends to a new log analysis software called Visitour. The details from Visitour will allow us to do a much more in-depth analysis for our Premium Promotion customers, monitor additional commerce detail (like how many people viewed XYZ property and then booked it), and determine the best use of pay-per-click search engine services. According to Owner Larry Nussbaum, "Visitour takes raw data and transforms it into usage analysis, answering the BIG question 'How is my web site being used?' with reports that provide the kinds of answers that Web designers and Web executives require"

Some features:

• Web Marketing reports include Ads Served, Affiliates, Advertising Campaigns and recording and analysis of Shopping patterns including basket.
• Automatically identifies and separates Hit & Runs (single hits from a portal that are not particularly desirable unless your site is merely one page), Robots/ Spiders and virus attack traffic from Normal visits.
• Visit filters allow for in-depth analysis by pages viewed, referral sources, and portal search terms.
