Visual Data Systems Customer Survey Results

We want to sincerely thank all those customers that responded to our request for feedback! At the beginning of the first quarter, Visual Data Systems offered its customers $10 dollars off of their monthly service hosting fee for taking a few minutes to fill out a customer survey. Out of approximately 100 clients, we had 38 customers that responded to our request. This survey was the first step in implementing a new customer satisfaction program that is currently in progress. Part of this initiative was to assess the current level of satisfaction among our clients. This survey was also important in providing feedback on developing new products and services in order to help run your businesses more effectively. Lastly, this survey gave us insight into internal and corporate areas of improvement for Visual Data Systems.

The results of this customer survey were a very pleasant surprise, especially since it was the first survey that has been conducted. Visual Data Systems intends to re-do this survey about every 6 months. This will allow us to compare and contrast results, ultimately analyzing the internal progress of new changes implemented at Visual Data Systems. Visual Data Systems is committed to raising customer satisfaction and raising the expectation of each and every one of our customers. The results of this survey show us that we have some areas to focus on for improvement. However, the results of the survey also show us that we have a lot to be very proud of as a company. It is apparent that we are doing most things pretty well and that most of our customers are satisfied with our products and services. With this being said, we don't just want satisfied customers, we want raving customers! We won't stop the improvement process until we're certain that we've achieved that goal.
