Visual Data Systems Releases
New Product, Opt-In Advantage

Visual Data Systems' Opt-In Advantage is an application that allows your company to update and manage an email list for current and prospective customers. Data will be automatically entered into the database as brochure and 'specials alert' requests are submitted by prospective customers when the customer has indicated that they would like to receive emails from your company. Administrative staff will be able to select customers based on marketing preferences stored in the customer email database to send specific targeted email messages or newsletters to prospects. This permission-based, email marketing tool, allows users to create unique marketing campaigns and set up unlimited lists of users. With just a few clicks in the easy to use interface, you can communicate easily and effectively with current and prospective customers at anytime, from anywhere.

• Modification to one website Contact form to "opt-in" to email list and to specify other marketing criteria
• Send Message to selected email list
• Delete (permanently remove) email address information
• Add new information and marketing preferences
• Inactivate email information
• Update email information and marketing preferences
• Send a Test Message

Each message sent will automatically include a "Remove Me" option as part of the text message to meet legal requirements. The "Remove Me" message will be sent to a local company email address so that your administrative staff can manually remove the customer from the list. Visual Data Systems will periodically send a log of unavailable, bad email addresses to your company to manually remove these addresses from their email list.
