Meet Our Staff

Customer satisfaction is the number one priority at Visual Data Systems. The departments at Visual Data Systems each function in different ways to support you, the customer. The departments that support your company's success are as follows:

Sales Department/Account Management: Responsible for new sales and for managing current corporate accounts.

Engineering/Programming Department: Responsible for the development of new corporate products as well as for the development of customer sites.

Graphic Design Department: Responsible for the design and graphics for customer sites.

Technical Support Department: Responsible for the support of all customer issues and questions.

Marketing Department: Responsible for all corporate marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Office Support/Administration: Responsible for supporting all office functions and departments.

Visual Data Systems would like to take the opportunity to introduce a new staff member who recently joined the Visual Data Systems team! The new Director of Marketing, Kimberly Childers, began her work with Visual Data Systems in October 2002. Kimberly has a diverse background with past positions in Training, Help Desk Management, Business Development, Promotions, Event Planning, and Marketing. Prior to joining Visual Data Systems, her most recent position was with Sequoia Software Corporation, which was later acquired by Citrix Systems, as the Director of Event Planning within the Marketing department. At Visual Data Systems, Kimberly will be responsible for the Marketing department and all marketing initiatives and campaigns.
